Registration Deadlines

Early registration for $350 ends on March 1, 2012.
Late registration for $400 starts on March 2, 2012.
Registration ends on March 9, 2012.

How to Register

1. Complete and sign the 2012 LSC Team Registration Form.

2. Make a payment either online using a debit or credit card, or mail a cashier's check or money order to the following address:

3. Download and complete the following forms:

Registration Information

ENTRY FEE: $350 in U.S. funds, if postmarked before March 1, 2012. $400 if postmarked March 2,, 2012 to March 9, 2012. Make cashier's check or money order payable to Montrose Softball League.

ENTRY DEADLINE: March 9, 2012. This deadline will be strictly enforced to allow for the opening day draw and division brackets.

ENTRY CONFIRMATION: Upon receipt of your entry, your team name will be added to the “Teams” section online which will be your entry confirmation.

ASA/Non teams: This tournament is insured by ASA. If your team is a member of ASA, include a copy of your ASA team membership card with your entry form or letter from ASA with your leagues ASA teams. If you are not a member of ASA, please add $25.00 to your entry fee for ASA membership.

ENTRY FORMAT: Teams admitted on a first-come, first-served basis based on entry fee postmark. Entries must be mailed. A waiting list will be established once we reach division maximums. Teams will be placed in brackets from a blind draw.  However, if possible, we will place teams from the same league in different round robin brackets.

OPEN TEAM ELIGIBILITY: 2011 NAGAAA player ratings and Team classification guidelines will be used for Open division teams. A (186+), B (146-185), C (106-145), D (105-below).  In addition, the 80/20 rule will be followed. Teams/Players not NAGAAA registered will be entertained on a case-by-case basis and must complete the full 27 question NAGAAA ratings for each player. Contact the Tournament Director for eligibility issues and prior to sending in your entry form.

ROSTER/LINEUP LIMITS: Rosters must be received by March 9, 2012. Player ratings will be verified with NAGAAA/ASANA database and/or league commissioners to ensure that all individuals/teams are playing in their correct division. NAGAAA suspended players are not eligible to play or be on a roster.

REFUNDS: Cancellations will only be accepted up to March 9, 2012.  All requests for refunds after that date will be forfeited.

UNIFORMS: Each player must wear a “team jersey” which must be in like color and style and must have a player/roster number as described by ASA rules.  Exceptions will be granted on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the umpire.
